Shipping Policy

  • PLEASE NOTE: SHIPPING TO THE USA IS TEMPORARILY STOPPED DUE TO TARIFFS
  • Complimentary shipping in Canada on orders over $100
  • Orders will be processed and shipped within 5 business days  
  • All prices are in Canadian Dollars
  • Shipping only in CANADA and the US  through this website 
  • Flat rate in Canada  $7.95 plus HST for orders under $100, free shipping on orders over $100.00 before HST
  • For the US, the shipping fee is $12.95 (Canadian dollars), no matter how many shirts you order. 
  • For orders outside Canada or the US, please contact me at printing@yasminelouis.com.
  • Free curbside pick up at my Toronto studio Monday to Friday only, from 9-5pm by appointment at  257 Niagara St, Toronto, ON, M6J 2L7 (West Queen West area). No weekends pick ups. 
  • Items are shipped in Canada through Canada Post Expedited, UPS or delivered in person 
  • Items are shipped in the US through Chit Chat and USPS 
  • All shipped packages have a tracking number
  • We not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
