Refund and Exchange Policy
- If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept returns and exchanges.
- To return items: contact us with the reason for your return within 7 days of delivery and ship your items back within 14 days. Exception for the holiday season, you can exchange until January 30!
- We cannot guarantee that we will have the same design in another size as many are one of a kind, but we will do our best to help!
- Items must be returned with tags and be in its original condition
- If the item is not returned, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- Refunds and exchanges will be applied once the item is received and examined
- Any and all shipping charges required to return items are the customer's responsibility
- Shipping fees will not be refunded in the case of a return or exchange.
- Consider using a trackable shipping service when shipping return items to ensure our receipt of the package
